Organization & Infrastructure

The MIPC is structured as a Delaware not-for-profit membership corporation, a format used by many consortia with international memberships. It is expected that the corporation will seek tax-exempt status. The MIPC also plans to make periodic filings under the National Cooperative Research and Production Act (NCRPA).
