Request Latest MIPC Implementation Guidelines
Version 2.1 published November 15, 2006
The version 2.1 of the MIPC Implementation Guidelines is now available and
can be provided upon request. This version is the culmination of a
collaborative effort between the MIPC members, including numerous printing
device and mobile terminal manufacturers. It updates Version 2.0 of the MIPC
Implementation Guidelines and extends the IrDA section of the Guidelines to
recommend and support IrSimple protocol.
MIPC Plugfest
Next Plugfest is 10-11 April 2008, at San
Diego, CA, USA
The MIPC is sponsoring interoperability trials called "Plugfests",
several times a year in different regions of the world. These
Plugfests provide the opportunity for mobile terminal and home printer
vendors to test the interoperability of their products in pair-wise private
meetings. All participants and participating companies must sign
an MIPC Non-Disclosure Agreement.
